History of present illness:
A 46 year old female patient  came to hospital with the chief complaint of incidental finding of tumor in left kidney one month back post consumption of poison. she has lower back pain since 10 yrs. pain gradually progressive throughout the day. relieves by medication.
patient was asymptotic apparantly normal two months back, she was admitted for OP poisoning outside the hospital then during recovery incidentally detected tumor on upper left kidney on CT scan.

History of past illness:
no H/O fever
no H/O Dysgusia
no H/O HTN
H/O asthma
H/O - DM since 2 months
 vitals:
 temp-98.6 
PR- 83 BPM
BP- 110/70 mmHg
CVS- S1 S2 IS Heard

history of surgery:

History of hysterectomy 20 yrs back
treatment:
Tab oflox 200 mg BD
tab pan 40mg 
tab dolo 650 mg
Diagnostic:
Partial nephrectomy
